Do I need to own property?

No. You manage properties other people own and take a cut of gross revenue. That’s the whole premise.

Do I need a real estate licence?

For short-term rental management, usually not — but it varies by state. We show you how to check yours and how to structure the agreement. Confirm with a local attorney before you sign an owner.

Why won’t you put the price on the page?

Because what you pay depends on where you’re starting and how much hand-holding you need, and we’d rather quote you honestly than post a number that’s wrong for you. It is a paid program, not a free webinar. Apply and you’ll have the figure inside thirty minutes.

How long until my first door?

Three months is the average across our members. It comes down almost entirely to how many conversations you have — the people who move fastest are the ones who dial the most.

Can I do this in my own market?

Can I do it while working full time?
